The property will feature 27 apartments and 3,000 square feet of retail space in the Denver’s historic Tennyson Street. Tennyson Street fits Colfax And Halsted’s investment criteria as a high amenity Denver neighborhood location with extensive demand and barriers to competing supply.
Osage Properties Group is the General Partner of the development with Alpine Investments serving as Development Partner, Schneider Building Company as GC, NEOstudio as Architect and Elevations Credit Union providing the construction debt.
