Colfax And Halsted to complete additional due dilligence with send bi-weekly updates via e-mail.

4.

Closing date scheduled, final investment commitments made and investment documents sent for review.

5.

Electronic signature of documents, funding wired and investment secured.

6.

Quarterly updates sent to investors covering key performance. 

Quarterly distributions sent when available.
